PARTY LIKE A PIRATE AT RUMRUNNERS PUB & EATERY

Rumrunner's Pub and Eatery, 341 Market Street in Downtown Williamsport, will be hosting their first ever Party like a Pirate Night on Saturday January 19th. The party includes special giveaways and a costume contest. Show up dressed like a pirate or a wench and win special prizes.

Rumrunners is a great place to party with an island attitude with a great assortment of tropical drinks and they always have some great rum specials. The kitchen serves up a variety of island dishes as well as traditional Italian food (from the Columbia Hotel recipe box).

MARDI GRAS IN WILLIAMSPORT

Downtown Williamsport will celebrate Mardi Gras for the 12th consecutive year from January 31st through February 2nd. As we have for every year, Williamsport.com will publish a complete guide to Mardi Grasincluding the entertainment schedule, dinner specials and special events for each establishment participating in the 2008 Mard Gras Celebration.

Thursday, January 31st is Coin night. Friday, February 1st is Bead night and Saturday, February 2nd is Masquerade night. The grand parade is tentatively scheduled for Saturday at 6pm. The parade is followed by fireworks! So get a couple friends together and spend the entire weekend in Williamsport!
